$ 50.00

Date: Saturday, September 28th, 2024
Time: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm MT
Instructor: Rachel Cook, Clinical Herbalist

By now most of us are aware of the importance of having good gut health for our overall health and yet our modern world makes this difficult to achieve.

In this class, you will learn all the ways that you can use herbs to support optimal digestion. We will cover herbal actions for specific conditions and concerns as well as some diet and lifestyle recommendations.

We will discuss how to make the following herbal preparations: an infusion, a bitters, an infused vinegar, a gut healing powder and an herbal chia pudding. You will go home with several recipes for each one.

This class is primarily lecture-based but there will be a hands-on exercise where you get to formulate your own herbal bitters to take home.

Material Fee Included. No age limit. Each participant will get a 15 mL bitters to take home.

Maximum Number of In Person Participants: 12

Class registration closes at 4:00 pm MST on Friday for weekend classes.
