In Person Plant Walk: Native Nervines: Colorado Plants that Calm the Spirit — June 14th

Step into the breathtaking Colorado mountains and immerse yourself in the natural world as you meet and learn about native plants that are also known for their ability to calm the mind, soothe the spirit, and destress the soul.
Along the way, you’ll discover wildcrafting techniques, learn how to ethically harvest local medicinal plants, and gain hands-on experience creating your own tincture right in the field. This journey will leave you with a deeper connection to the land and knowledge about nature's medicine.
Additional Info: This plant walk involves light walking, likely around or under a mile, with minimal altitude change. Materials are included in the cost. Participants under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Location: The plant walk will take place either in the Foothills or Montane area, no more than 30–45 minutes from the shop. Please note that the exact location with directions will be emailed a few days before the walk.

Class registration closes at 4:00 pm MT on Friday for weekend classes.
