Soothing Sitz Bath

An astringent and soothing topical blend formulated to ease the discomfort of hemorrhoids and postpartum tissue damage.  Soothing sitz honors the traditional method of botanical healing by immersion in a therapeutic plant bath.

To Use: Use a sitzbath tub or large bowl.  Add 1/2 gallon water to 1 cup sitz bath blend.  Let steep for 10-30 minutes. Strain and let cool until comfortable temp.  Immerse yourself in the infusion.  For a diluted sitz bath, add the above infusion to a bathtub or simply place your sitz bath blend in a muslin bag, hang under the faucet as you fill the tub and enjoy.
