In Person: Intro to Flower Essences with Guided Formulation — March 1st

Come learn the language of the flowers in this lecture and workshop style class. Flower essences are energetic, vibrational medicines that support our emotional and spiritual health. As their essences are imprinted in spring water under the rays of the sun, they differ greatly from essential oils (a common confusion).
Taylor will lead an introductory discussion on flower essences, followed by a guided meditation, after which she will help participants navigate formulating their own personal flower essence blend, suited to their needs. This class will be both collaborative and individual, honoring the importance of connection and tending to one’s inner world.
You will leave class with a 1oz custom flower essence formula, a handout explaining how to make a mother flower essence, an understanding of flower essences and how to work with them as guides in your emotional realm.
